Perhaps the biggest contribution to this belief is that United States President Barack Obama comes from a bi-racial family, and since he is the leader of the United States racism is non-existent.

I completely disagree with this statement. Racism is still a huge issue in the U.S. I believe that this issue has gone down but now with all the elections the number of racist's has gone up. Racism is still existent. No matter what there will always be a new generation that have their own beliefs that consist of racism. There will always be people who think highly of themselves, and believe that they deserve to have a better life than African American's.

America is a very big country with many people in it. There will always be racist people in our country, there were many reasons as to why Barack Obama was elected for example, his skin color, politics and simply because people didn't like the other runner. Part of this of this is considered racism. People only voted for him based on his race. I consider this racist and don't believe that America's racism is
 non-existent.

In Paris, french police have shot a man who was apparently trying to attack a police station on the anniversary of Charlie Hebdo attacks. This person was carrying a meat cleaver and wearing a dummy vest. On January 7, 2015. The Charlie Hebdo attack was placed. They were armed with assault rifles and other types of weapons, they killed 11 people and injured 11 others in the same building. The shooters were Saiid and Cherif Kouachi, these brothers took hostages at a signage company on January 9th. As they were exiting the buildings the police started firing shots and the brothers were killed. The man that was killed yesterday was representing the anniversary of Charlie Hebdo. He had his own belief system and decided to act on it. In the mans body they found a handwritten note, claiming that the attack was all placed by him. The note also had the ISIS flag printed on it.
