Gang rape is a very common issue. All countries should be able to stop innocent people getting raped. So now the real question is, why is it so hard for countries to combat rape. A 16 year old girl was raped in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. This girl was drugged and taken. I believe that the countries have to do something about this and they can. Nobody expected the young teenager to say anything about it but she did and she spoke up for herself and now because of that those terrible men are behind bars. everyone believes that the countries can do something to stop it but aren't. I think that they wouldn't be able to make it stop completely but would be able to reduce it by a lot. If the countries are able to reduce it, it would save a lot of people, especially women.

Yesterday an American man who pledged his life to isis shot and killed 49 people and injured over 53 at a gay nightclub down in Orlando, Florida. People are now deciding to blame the president. I don't believe it is his fault. I think that this man made his own decision to buy that rifle and make the call to the police and kill those innocent people. Many people are now blaming it on the Muslims because as our religion we don't believe in being gay. But we were never against it. So I personally as a muslim don't believe it is right to blame our religion. I believe that we should blame Isis who portrays all muslims and arabs as bad people which isn't the case. Not every Muslim or Arab is bad or terrible. It was just that one man who came to a very bad decision that has caused a lot of pain for a lot of families.  

Many people think that animals are too wild, and that they have no feelings and deserve no rights. But that isn't true. Animals have feeling and they do deserve to be treated that way. Animals aren't just things, they are like people and should be treated with care. Jeanne Moos is a man of wonders, he runs a sanctuary called The Black Jaguar White Tiger foundation. This foundation takes care of the big cats that are always mistreated and misjudged. People always think that they are mean and vicious animals but really they are just big cats looking for some attention and love. These animals and all animals deserve the love and care that a human gets. Some animals are big and dangerous but maybe people should stop to think that they are like that because they are treated that way. 

German has declared 1915 Armenian killings a "Genocide". A genocide is a mass murder that is committed with a large group of people belonging to a certain ethnic or religious group. I don't believe that it's right to commit a genocide. I had learned about genocides in history class and also about the Armenians. Somewhere between 600,000 to 1.5 million, Armenians were killed. This was very wrong for them to do and it took too long for them to declare that it was a genocide. Innocent people died for no reason and I don't believe this should ever happen again to anyone. These people fought until they were heard. This is why I believe, if you want something all you have to do is work for it. 

A lot of times I have heard men tell women that they can't do something because of their gender. I find this wrong and sexist. Women shouldn't be told that they can't do something because of their gender. I believe that women are just as capable as men. An example of this is Norma Bastidas, she had smashed the triathlon. She is a happy mother of two who was very healthy and was always ready for a challenge. Everybody was telling her that she couldn't do it but she did. She didn't care what others thought, she did what she believed she could do I respect this very much. I believe that if you have your mind set to something no matter what people tell you, and no matter how much they try to discourage you... don't stop believing in your self. But most importantly don't let that stop you from doing you and being who you are.

The olympics, they've been around for a very long time. Every 4 years the olympics are held in a different place. This  year the Olympics are being held in Rio, Brazil. They are worried that Brazil isn't ready with only 100 days left. They don't know what their opening act will be or who will preform it. The Olympics have been around very long, each time they get better. It has been said that Brazil has always had to compete with a different crisis. Now the Olympics have to face this challenge. I believe that if the Olympics fail this year they will be very hard to regain. I believe that Rio is capable of hosting the olympics. They have a very beautiful region and place for them to hold the Olympics it would be one of the most great and beautiful Olympics held.

Women are being turned into weapons by Boko Haram. The men of this group are asking which woman wants to be their suicide bombers and these women are just offering themselves. They are fighting to be the bomber. They do this because they are so tired of the abuse coming from these men and all they want is to get out of there, even if that means almost dying and killing a lot of people. These women think that if they are strapped with a bomb and set free they can find someone in the army to help them or a policeman. I don't believe that is what would happen I think that if a woman showed up with a bomb strapped to her they would panic and think she is a terrorist. These women need saving they have been kidnapped and tortured for years. So now their only way out is suicide. It shouldn't have to come down to that choice. They should never have to make a decision like that. But the world isn't fair. So they do have to make that choice.
